SHIPPING POLICY

OULY currently ships orders to Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 2 business days following confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times After Shipment

Canada: 3 to 7 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, periods of high demand, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking information and ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your name, address, and shipping information before confirming your order.

If a package is returned to OULY because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may be charged to resend the order.

Damaged Package or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your package or item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ouly.ca, including your order number and photos of the package and item.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable laws.

Delivery Delays or Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@ouly.ca so that we can investigate the situation with the carrier.

Consumer rights regarding delayed or undelivered orders remain subject to applicable laws.

Orders Shipped to the United States

Customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply depending on the destination and applicable regulations. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
